Delivery & Access Information
Your flooring will be delivered either on pallets via HGV or bubble-wrapped in a courier van depending on order size. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, and a signature is required upon delivery.
Order before 12pm for next working day delivery so you can start your project without delay.
All deliveries are kerbside only, so please ensure arrangements are made to move the flooring indoors. If access for large delivery vehicles is restricted, simply leave a note at checkout and alternative arrangements can be made at no extra charge.
