The Knipex 25 06 160 VDE Snipe Nose Side Cutting Pliers, also known as radio pliers, are precision tools designed for fine gripping, bending and cutting tasks in electrical and electronic work. Featuring long, tapered half-round jaws with knurled gripping surfaces, they provide excellent control when working with small components and wires.
VDE tested up to 10,000V and safe for work on live equipment up to 1,000V, these pliers conform to DIN EN / IEC 60900 standards, making them suitable for professional electrical installations and maintenance tasks. The chrome plated finish offers enhanced corrosion resistance while maintaining a high-quality professional appearance.
Manufactured from forged vanadium electric steel and multi-stage oil-hardened for durability, the cutting edges are additionally induction hardened to approximately 61 HRC. This provides reliable cutting performance for both medium and hard wire. Fitted with ergonomic multi-component insulated grips, the Knipex 25 06 160 pliers deliver comfort, control and safety for precision electrical work.
