The Knipex 64 42 115 Electronics End Cutting Nipper 115mm is a precision cutting tool designed for ultra-fine work in electronics, micromechanics and precision assembly. Engineered for delicate cutting tasks, these nippers are ideal for cutting fine wires and cables from the front at an angle of 27° to the surface, allowing precise work in confined or detailed environments.
Built with a smooth operating box-joint with zero backlash, the tool provides exceptional stability and precision. This advanced joint design guides the inner handle on both sides with extensive bearing surfaces, preventing tilting movements commonly found in lap joints and improving both cutting accuracy and tool longevity.
Manufactured from high-quality steel and oil hardened for durability, the cutting edges are induction hardened to at least 60 HRC for reliable and consistent cutting performance.
