The Knipex 71 72 610 Bolt Cutters are heavy-duty cutting tools designed for demanding professional applications where powerful and precise cutting performance is essential. Engineered for durability and efficiency, these bolt cutters are ideal for cutting bolts, chains, rivets and other hardened materials in construction, engineering and maintenance work.
The cutting jaws are manufactured from high-quality chrome vanadium steel and oil-hardened for exceptional strength and durability. The cutting edges are additionally induction hardened to approximately 62 HRC, providing excellent wear resistance and long service life when cutting tough materials.
A precisely adjustable eccentric bolt system with 12 adjustment positions ensures accurate blade alignment for optimum cutting performance. The tool delivers high cutting performance with minimal effort, thanks to the precise coordination of the cutting edge angle and transmission ratio.
The bolt cutters feature a bolted cutter head that is fully replaceable, allowing easy maintenance and extending the lifespan of the tool. The flat head and joint construction also provide improved access to workpieces in tighter spaces.
For comfort and control, the bolt cutters are equipped with ergonomically angled handles that help minimise the effort required during operation. The handles are fitted with sturdy two-colour multi-component grips that offer excellent comfort and a secure hold.
