The Knipex 77 22 115 Electronics Diagonal Cutter is a precision cutting tool designed for delicate work in electronics and fine mechanical applications. Featuring a round head with non-bevelled precision-ground cutting edges, this cutter is ideal for flush cutting of fine wires and components with exceptional accuracy.
Manufactured from high-quality ball bearing chrome steel, the cutter is oil-hardened and finished with a mirror polish and protective oil film to provide effective corrosion resistance while preventing circuit faults caused by peeling chrome from plated tools. The cutting edges are separately induction hardened to approximately 62 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and reliable cutting performance for fine materials.
A stainless steel rivet joint ensures extremely smooth movement, reducing friction and operator fatigue during extended use. The integrated low-friction double spring allows gentle and controlled opening and closing, improving handling during precision work. Fitted with ergonomic multi-component handles for a secure and comfortable grip, the Knipex 77 22 115 is ideal for electronics technicians, engineers and precision assembly professionals.
