95 16 165 VDE Cable Shears 165mm

The Knipex 95 16 165 VDE Cable Shears 165mm are professional cable cutting pliers designed for clean and precise cutting of copper and aluminium cables. VDE tested up to 10,000V and approved for safe working up to 1,000V, these cable shears comply with DIN EN / IEC 60900, making them ideal for electricians and electrical installation work.

Manufactured from high-grade special tool steel, the blades are forged and oil-hardened for outstanding durability and long service life. The precision-ground, hardened cutting edges ensure cables are cut cleanly without crushing or deforming, making them suitable for both single and multi-stranded conductors.

Designed for efficiency, the shears allow easy one-hand operation while delivering strong cutting performance. The chrome plated finish offers corrosion resistance, while the multi-component VDE insulated handles provide comfort, control and electrical protection. For added safety, the handles include integrated pinch guards to prevent fingers from being trapped during use. The tool also features an adjustable bolted joint with self-retaining screw for smooth and reliable operation.
