The Knipex 97 53 18 Twistor16® Self-Adjusting Crimping Pliers are a professional crimping tool designed for fast, precise and reliable crimping of wire end sleeves according to DIN 46228 parts 1 and 4. Featuring advanced self-adjusting technology, these pliers automatically adapt to the size of the ferrule, eliminating the risk of incorrect die selection or incorrect settings.

The tool features a square crimp profile with a wide crimping capacity range from 0.14mm² to 16mm², making it suitable for a variety of electrical installation tasks. Its 360° rotatable crimping die with eight tactile locking positions allows the user to easily select the most convenient working position for improved accessibility in confined spaces.

Thanks to the self-adjusting crimping system, the tool ensures consistent results without manual adjustment. The integral lock with self-releasing mechanism guarantees that the correct crimping pressure is achieved before the pliers release, delivering repetitive and high-quality crimps every time.
