Alarmsense High Temp Heat Detector

The Apollo Alarmsense High Temp Heat Detector (Model 55000-193APO) is designed to provide reliable fire detection across a wide range of operating conditions. Constructed from durable polycarbonate and finished in white, this static heat detector (CS) activates when a fixed temperature threshold is reached. It is complemented by the A1R rate-of-rise variant, which also monitors rapid temperature increases. Ideal for environments where smoke detectors are unsuitable—such as areas prone to dust or smoke—this detector is perfect for spaces with rapid temperature fluctuations. The AlarmSense range simplifies installation by connecting to the same pair of supply wires, reducing costs and installation time for small to medium-sized buildings. Equipped with patented technology to minimize false alarms and ensure system integrity, it also supports compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) with optional beacon products. The detector’s LEDs offer 360° visibility for clear status indication.
