Our Heat- & UV-Stabilised Cable Ties – Pack of 100 are engineered for high-performance applications where elevated temperatures and long-term outdoor exposure are key considerations. Manufactured from advanced Nylon PA66, these specialist cable ties offer exceptional resistance to heat, with a working temperature range from -40°C to +120°C. They are also UV-resistant in accordance with UL62275, providing an expected outdoor service life of 7–8 years depending on conditions. Designed for demanding environments such as automotive, industrial machinery, HVAC systems, solar installations, and external electrical work, they deliver a reliable and durable fastening solution. Available in natural colour and in lengths from 140mm to 370mm with widths from 3.6mm to 7.6mm, these ties offer tensile strengths of 18kg to 54.4kg and secure bundle diameters up to 102mm.
