Our Metal Detectable Cable Ties – Pack of 100 are specifically designed for use in food processing, pharmaceutical production, and other safety-critical environments where foreign object detection is essential. These high-quality blue cable ties contain metal particles, enabling them to be easily identified by standard metal detecting equipment and reducing the risk of contamination. Manufactured from durable Nylon PA66, they perform reliably in working temperatures from -20°C to +65°C. Available in lengths from 100mm to 385mm and widths ranging from 2.5mm to 7.5mm, they offer tensile strengths of 10kg to 60kg and secure bundle diameters up to 110mm.
