The 16mm Flat Roofline board that replicates the shape of a standard timber fascia. It fixes directly to rafter feet, with Polytop nails or screws and bears the weight of eaves tiles and guttering without the support of a backing board or tilt fillet. The Soffit board engages by push fit.
Fascia boards play an essential role in any house. Fascia boards are long boards that run horizontally and cover the area where the outer walls of a property meet the roof. Fascias are used to secure the guttering to the bottom layer of the roof tiles, therefore robustness, weather resistance and low maintenance are key features for any fascia board. Fascia boards covers the exposed ends of the roof rafters or trusses; fascia is often hidden under the horizontal parts of guttering which is why is often not so noticeable.
Out fascia boards are made of UPVC and meet all these needs. We offer white fascia board, black fascia board, anthracite grey fascia board, chartwell green fascia board, agate grey fascia boards and other colours and to match your property.

in an actual classification of 4 / 5 (where 1= most change and 5 = least change).
Tested to BS476 Part 7:1997 Class 1 surface spread of fire. Woodgrain profiles do
not carry a fire rating.
Tested to BS476 Part7:1997 Class 1 surface spread of fire.
Foam profiles 0.07 (w/mk)
This low coefficient of thermal conductivity for Foam Profiles indicates thermal insulation properties better than brick, concrete or timber.
Rigid profiles 0.14 (w/mk)
Foam profiles 0.55 - 0.6 g/cm3
Rigid profiles 1.40 - 1.50 g/cm3
Foam and rigid profiles should not require any further maintenance other than the occasional wash down with a non-scratch, mild detergent and water. They are resistant to most acids and alkalis but can be damaged by solvents. Great care should be taken when in contact with creosote or bitumen-based products as these will
cause staining of the profiles. Painting is not recommended on foam profiles unless done by an approved contractors.
