The Knipex 78 03 140 Electronic Super Knips® XL are precision cutting pliers designed for delicate electronics and fine mechanical work. This XL version is 15mm longer than the standard model, providing greater stability and improved cutting performance when working with extremely fine wires.
The precision-ground cutting edges without bevel allow for exceptionally clean, flush cuts, making these pliers ideal for cutting fine wires close to surfaces. The precisely shaped tips enable accurate cutting from as small as 0.2mm diameter, ensuring high precision in electronics assembly and repair tasks.
Manufactured from durable INOX stainless tool steel, these Super Knips® deliver long-lasting performance with a cutting edge hardness of approximately 54 HRC. The precise joint with stainless steel rivet ensures extremely smooth movement for fatigue-free operation. Fitted with ergonomic multi-component grips, an opening spring and opening limiter, they provide fast, comfortable and controlled working for professional users handling repetitive cutting tasks.
