The Knipex 78 61 125 Electronic Super Knips® are precision cutting pliers designed for ultra-fine cutting tasks in electronics, precision engineering, and fibre optic applications. Engineered for delicate and accurate work, these cutters are ideal for cutting very fine wires and fibre optic cables, delivering clean and controlled results every time.
The tool features ground, extremely sharp cutting edges without bevel, allowing wires to be cut close to surfaces from a diameter of just 0.2mm. The cutting edges are induction-hardened to approximately 62 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and exceptional cutting performance.
Manufactured from special tool steel and oil hardened in multiple stages, these cutters provide outstanding durability and reliability. A stainless steel rivet joint ensures exceptionally smooth movement, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. The controlled micro cutting edge misalignment allows precise cutting of even the thinnest wires while maintaining a long service life.
For improved comfort and control, the tool is fitted with ergonomic multi-component grips, providing a secure and comfortable hold during detailed electronic and precision work.
