The Knipex 87 22 250 Cobra® Quickset Water Pump Pliers are advanced high-performance pliers designed for fast adjustment and secure gripping of pipes, nuts and fittings. Featuring the innovative Quickset function, the pliers can be adjusted directly on the workpiece simply by sliding the handle, making them particularly useful when working in confined or hard-to-reach spaces.
Once the correct gripping width is set, the hinge bolt locks securely during use to prevent unintentional movement. The adjustment can then only be changed using the push button, ensuring safe and controlled operation. To reactivate the sliding function, the hinge bolt must be released by pressing the push button and fully opening the pliers.
Manufactured from high-grade vanadium special tool steel, these pliers are forged and oil-hardened to provide exceptional durability and long service life.
