These LSF (Low Smoke and Fume) cable gland kits are designed for use in both dry and wet environments, utilising materials that are free from halogens (fluorine, bromine, and chlorine). This absence of halogenated compounds helps avoid the release of highly irritant and noxious fumes commonly emitted by standard materials such as polycarbonate. Each kit includes an LSF gland, LSF shroud, brass locknut, and earth tag, ensuring a comprehensive solution for safe and effective cable management. These kits are approved under LUL standards to EN 42-A2 1996 and have been tested to EN50267-2-1. They feature a simple, effective two-part arrangement, allowing for both direct and remote installation, with an operational temperature range of -60°C to 200°C.
