Zinsser Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus Primer, Sealer & Stain Killer White 1 Litre is a premium universal water-based primer designed for both interior and exterior painting projects. Combining exceptional adhesion, powerful stain blocking and advanced sealing performance, this high-performance primer delivers results typically associated with solvent-based products while maintaining an ultra-low VOC water-based formula.
Specially formulated with Hydro Pliolite® resin technology, Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus bonds effortlessly to difficult surfaces including glossy paint, ceramic tiles, galvanised metal, melamine, PVCu, plastic, varnish, wood, masonry and more without extensive surface preparation. Its advanced stain-killing formula resists re-wetting, allowing it to effectively block water-soluble and oil-soluble stains, including direct application over water and smoke stains.
The rust-inhibitive coating provides long-lasting protection for metal surfaces such as railings, steel doors, gutters and ductwork while resisting flash rusting during application. Mould and mildew resistant properties make it ideal for high-humidity environments including bathrooms and laundry rooms.
With a fast drying time of just 30 minutes and recoatable in 1 hour, Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus helps speed up decorating projects while delivering a smooth, durable and water-resistant base for topcoats.
