Zinsser Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus Primer, Sealer & Stain Killer White 2.5 Litre is a high-performance universal water-based primer designed for both interior and exterior decorating projects. Combining exceptional adhesion, advanced stain blocking and powerful sealing performance, this premium primer delivers many of the benefits traditionally associated with solvent-based primers while maintaining an ultra-low VOC formula.
Powered by Hydro Pliolite® resin technology, Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus bonds effortlessly to difficult surfaces including glossy paint, ceramic tiles, galvanised metal, vinyl, melamine, PVCu, varnish, plastic, GRP, wood and masonry. Its specialist formulation resists re-wetting, allowing it to effectively block both water-soluble and oil-soluble stains, including direct application over water and smoke stains.
This versatile primer is rust inhibitive and ideal for metal surfaces such as steel doors, iron railings, galvanised gutters and ductwork, providing long-lasting protection against rust and flash rusting. The mould and mildew resistant coating also makes it ideal for high humidity areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms.
With a lightning-fast drying time of approximately 30 minutes and recoatable in just 1 hour, Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus helps speed up decorating projects while creating a smooth, durable and water-resistant base for topcoats.
