Zinsser Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Primer & Sealer Paint 2.5 Litre is a premium universal water-based primer designed for both interior and exterior decorating projects. Offering low odour application, fast drying performance and exceptional adhesion to difficult glossy surfaces, this versatile primer-sealer creates the perfect foundation for long-lasting topcoat results.
Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 effectively primes and seals a wide range of surfaces without the need for sanding, making it ideal for hard-to-stick substrates including glossy paints, metal, masonry and more. Its advanced stain-blocking formula permanently seals graffiti, grease spots, tar and asphalt while also preventing rust formation on clean ferrous metals such as iron and steel.
The mould and mildew resistant coating makes it especially suitable for high-humidity environments including bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms. Its rust inhibitive properties provide long-term protection for metal surfaces including steel doors, iron railings, ductwork and galvanised gutters.
Fast drying and recoatable in just 1 hour, Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 can also be tinted towards mid-tone topcoat colours to help reduce the number of finish coats required, saving both time and money on decorating projects.
