Zinsser Cover Stain® Primer & Sealer 2.5 Litre is a high-performance interior and exterior primer, sealer, stain blocker and bonding coat designed for professional decorating and refurbishment projects. Fast drying and recoatable in just 2 hours, this versatile primer delivers exceptional adhesion, powerful stain sealing and excellent enamel undercoating performance across a wide range of surfaces.
On interior surfaces, Cover Stain® provides outstanding hiding power and permanently seals stubborn stains including nicotine, water damage and smoke marks, ensuring a smooth blemish-free finish for topcoats. It is also ideal for priming new wood trim, allowing sanding and topcoating on the same day to help save time on decorating projects.
For exterior applications, the advanced formula penetrates deeply into surfaces while remaining flexible enough for dimensionally unstable wood panelling and trim. It resists cracking and peeling and is compatible with all decorative topcoats, providing durable long-term performance in harsh weather conditions.
Suitable for application by brush, roller, pad or airless sprayer, Cover Stain® can also be tinted to mid-tone colours for greater versatility.
