The Makita HM1812 AVT Electric Breaker 1700W is a heavy-duty 30kg class demolition tool engineered for the most demanding breaking and chiselling applications. Delivering best-in-class impact power, this robust electric breaker combines extreme performance with advanced vibration control to maximise productivity while reducing operator fatigue. The vibration-absorbing housing and integrated counterweight mechanism significantly reduce vibration during chipping, making it more comfortable to use on prolonged jobs. A soft no-load function automatically lowers motor speed when idling to further suppress vibration, while built-in LED indicators clearly show when carbon brush replacement is required, helping to protect the tool and extend service life. Designed for professional site use, the HM1812 can be connected to a dust extractor for cleaner working conditions and is compatible with a hammer trolley (not supplied) for easier transport on large demolition projects.
