Fitted on top of the fascia board, it provides a seamless passage for airflow between the felt and fascia, making it suitable for both new build and re-roofing applications. The ventilator can be installed directly onto brickwork with masonry nails or on a timber spacer batten, ensuring a snug and secure fit while allowing flexible installation options.
