TPT Two-Part Ties (New) are a general-purpose cavity wall tie solution specifically engineered for spanning larger cavities in domestic properties and small commercial buildings. Suitable for cavity widths from 150mm to 375mm and buildings up to 15m high, these Type 2 wall ties offer a modern alternative to long, single-piece ties. The innovative two-part interlocking design improves on-site handling and stability, with a flat section built into the inner leaf and a V-drip section locked in during construction of the outer leaf. Manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel, TPT Two-Part Ties combine enhanced usability with long-lasting performance and full compliance to BS EN 845-1.

• Application: A general-purpose wall tie for small commercial buildings and domestic properties up to 15m high. Suitable for flat sites with wind speeds up to 31m/s and altitudes not exceeding 150m above sea level.
• Design: Two-part ties span larger cavities (150mm to 375mm). Replaces long single ties that could overturn due to weight. The flat section is built into the inner leaf, while the V-drip section interlocks and is built into the outer leaf. Enhanced interlocking mechanism for easier installation.
• Material: Manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel.
• Fire Resistance: Non-combustible (as defined in the national Building Regulations).
• Durability: Excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of not less than 60 years.
• Compliance: Tested as Type B (sound) and Type 2 (strength) to BS EN 845-1.
